How it works
Governance & leadership standard
Office of the President
- Sets the overall vision and strategic direction of the Movement
- Protects the mission, values, identity, and integrity of the organisation
- Serves as Chief Ambassador and chairs the Global Executive Council
- Appoints senior leadership and gives final approval on major decisions
Country Executive Directors
- Represent the Movement within their designated country
- Build relationships with government, business, education, and community partners
- Establish regional committees and coordinate conferences and outreach
- Recruit members and ambassadors, and promote the Movement's mission locally
